3D Plane using Slow Stick Hardware
Anyone ever built a 3D Plane using the Slow Stick aluminum tube, servo mounts and motor with the wing and tail section from a 3DX? What would the AUW be compared to a similarly equiped 3DX? It would be ugly but pretty easy to build and I would think have better tortional rigidity than a 3DX.

RE: 3D Plane using Slow Stick Hardware
I might give it a try this weekend. Recon I will just epoxy the wing directly onto the aluminim rod. I am guessing it will be about the same weight as the 3DX.
