Hi All, I have a quick servo question for this airplane. I was wondering if I will be safe running 2 Hitec HS-225MG servos for the ailerons and 2 HS-635HB W/Karbonite gears for the rudder and elevator. I only plan on running 1 servo for the elevator. Also, should I be running these servos at 6.0v, or will I be safe with 4.8v? I'm still up in the air on weather I'm going to use a UBEC or a RX pack.

Thanks,

Chris

For anyone looking for the Hyperion Yak, E-Flightline has them in stock last I heard.

They also have a video of the plane being flown by Kyle Woyshnis to give you some idea of their capabilities. But for just a plain fun to fly plane they are great.

Check out the following store - do a search for Yak and it brings up all their yaks and parts for them.

E Flightline shows the YAK 55 now.

I got mine sitting in the hobby room for the last 3 months ... still indecisive as to whether to get her up or the Hyperion Super Chipmunk 70E. I think I will go with a 5S set up, that should give her a lot of ooomph! 1,000Ws.

E-Flightline is located in Washington State. I fly with them on occasion, and they are a reputable company.

Thanks a lot. For the battery, I'll be using the Li-Po 5S1P 3300mAh 18.5V 22C
and 4x HS-425BB for the servos. For the prop, i think ill use a 16x8. Would all these things make a good 3D/pattern flying plane? Sorry, This is going to be my first aerobat and I'm only 13.
