Default Thrust for a 3D plane?

How much thrust do I need for 3D and aerobatic flying?

Suppose it weights 4 lbs, how much thrust do I need?

Thanks very much,
Jim

figure at least 150 watts per pound... closer to 200 or more would be better

Thanks, I have found watts/lb info, I'm specifically looking for thrust/lb.
Thrust to weight ratio.

2:1 is great!! 1.5:1 is good too...
