Default Battery recomendations and setup question for Hyperion Yak 54 40e and E-Flite model 12 Pitts

I will give you a little setup info on my hyp Yak 54, I will be using a Axi4120 motor with a Jeti 70 speed control (links below) and Hitec 225 servos. Now from everything I have read this combo is very similar but not exact same as Hyperion recommended setup. The main reason I bought this plane is because I had the motor speed control and 2 11.1v 4400mah batteries that will work in this plane. Now I am looking at buying the Pitts also but would like to know if a 4s 3700 mah lipo battery would work well in both planes, I know they should be an almost perfect match for the YAK but I'm not sure if they are to heavy for the Pitts. I am a little concerned about weight in the Pitts. I am planing on using a GP Rimfire 35-48-1000 motor with either the GP speed control or the Castle Creations Phoenix 45A speed control. The other thing I am not sure about is that motor with the Pitts, It is a bit fast and I think the 35-48-850 would be a better match for a 3D type plane but I am considering it because the price is $15 less than the 35-48-850. Any suggestions on max RPM for this type of plane, If you don't knowthe numbers in GP brushless motors are the size and rpm per kv so 1000 X 14.8 v =14800 right?where the 850 would be 12580 right?..

So I guess my two main questions come down to this do those setups look all right and will 4s 14.8v 3700mah battery’s work good in both planes.

Also who has an E-Flite Model 12 Pitts? I haven't seen much about them in any thread.
