Default Need help to find good electric 3D plane

Hey all you R/C fanatics out there!!! Im looking for a 3D plane that has good flight characteristics and is pretty cheap(under 300). I already have a Parkzone T-28 Trojan and all the electronics from that plane. Im a very good r/c pilot and grow out of planes quickly... i need something that i can take slow at first, but later on that i can get much more advanced. ANYSUGGESTIONSWILLHELP!!... Thanks!

Check out the Hangar 9 Twist 3D 40. Just a good all around fun 3D plane.

No matter how far you progress, you'lll never outgrow the Extra SHP. It's the perfect plane to learn 3D with.

have definitly looked at both.... what do you all think of the 3DHS 42" slick or the 40" extra.... i have been reading up and have heard nothing but good about them.... do you think one of those would be a reliable plane to start with??? im planning on putting a 480 motor or even something a bit bigger in each with around a 40-60 amp esc... and im still deciding on some servos... 65hs??55hs?? i still dont know

Got them both and love them both. Awesome planes.

Since you can already fly pretty well, you won't have any trouble flying either plane.

im planning on putting a 480 motor or even something a bit bigger in each with around a 40-60 amp esc...
The Edge is a little lighter and would be better suited for the 480. A 40 amp ESC would be more than enough.

I've written so much about the Edge that you'll just have to check my blog.

Forget about the HS55 in this plane. You'll need HS65 servos, and I run the HS65MG (metal gear) servos in my planes.
