Default 3d foam that can handle/workwell with 2s 800mah 39g

pretty much im looking at getting a 3d foamy plane that I can fly in my small backyard a bit, but also fly at the park that is about a 2 min walk away.

My lipos that I already have are 2s 800mah 10+C 8+amps 39grams weight (reason for the + is they perform better then my speced battery, these are unspeced in black wrapping)
So I would like a plane that can handle that.

On hobbyking I found a micro yak54 that was about 18in lenght and 16in wingspan, but I think my lipos are too heavy.
I would like the price around $50 with motor and esc and prop
and from HK (would be nice, could possible find the same stuff somewere ells) as Im gunna buy alot of other stuff there... If I can find a plane.

That plane is too small for your packs.

Something like this would be better
