G'day just purchased this plane is a few years old but just put together does anyone have one or could anyone tell me is there anything I should no before maiden flight?

80'' Ameyn . Flew her on the weekend wasn't sure what prop to go with end up using a Mezj 23x8 took off in 15 feet flew a bit fast for my liking lost a weight for the cg wich was a bit scary but didn't really have much of an effect with the handling just tail heavy so had to push a bit of down into landing.
