Looks like a widebody pattern ship. They mention 3D, however it is hard to tell from the pics what the size of the control surfaces are.

Good looking bird.

I have the JR Diablo 2000, their AA/3D plane. Its not much on 3D, however will do some things a little more radical than a standard pattern plane.

looks very nice. this is what the site says

Model has been designed by current Czech F3A champion Mr. Ales Zapletal and this model will be officially introduced on the F3A World Championship 2003 in Deblin, Poland.
Model is designed accordance with the last experiences from the model aerobatics. Big attention has been paid to the good behavior of the model in snap rolls and to overall good stability of the model. The construction of the model is using modern technologies to reach low weight and good durability of the model.
The size of the fuselage is allowing installation of gasoline engine, which was for normal F3A models too big. Possiblity to use gasoline engine is offering new big flying potential in normal F3A category and as well in the so called 3D creations.

I saw this for the first time a few days ago and absolutely love the looks! I did a search for retailers in the USA based off the links on the JR Models website, but couldn't find any mention of it. I would guess you need to call those distributors and ask them about it. Probably too new to have it listed on their website.

Hey Tony

I have six flights on my Hype 3D now. Man this plane is a blast to fly! The engine is starting to come on now and I love flying figure eights a foot off the deck doing awesome flat rudder turns!

As far as the Shark I have to agree, the photo's don't show the surface's.

Hey Ian

Do you happen to know when the F3A World Championship is being held?

I have sent an email off to Hobby Lobby to see if they have any info on this plane.
