Default Funtana - S 3d

www.singahobby.com

Its a cd, you have to buy it. Check also www.rcaerosport.com
Thats where I found out about it. Derek helped me out alot getting it set up, as I was having problems.
It also has some of the flights from the acctual competition, aswell as some other airshow flights. Its not too expensive either, although I can't remember exactly how much it was.
Hope this helps.
Robert.

Default what does nike say "just do it"

wgeffon
dont let those sticks run you off. I would not have my 29% Aeroworks Edge if i would have let those boxes of foam and lite ply run me off, nor would i be in the Marine Corps if i would let the realtives run me off with the horror stories. Get this bad plane and just take your time and ask any questions on anything that is new area to you. With this modern tech of the internet you can best believe this project will go together very quickly. As a matter of fact if not for the internet that Hanger 9 330 would have been my 1st larger plane and i would hate to think how that 1st batch of planes arrived, because of taking that ARF way out the door. no am not againist aRF but you do learn a lot when you put a plane of two together. Let us know when you get that Funtana.......

now let me see if i can do get that singapore disc........

Hey what do you guys think of the quality of your VCD,s. My friend bought one and I thought it was really quite poor for the cost, very grainy and unsteady. Anyways some awesome flying considering the gailforce winds!! Yes sebastiano "crash" silvestri
shows the funtana in action and I think the conditions on the day show just how good these are, he was basically hovering at a 45 deg angle. He really loves his "putallsticksinonecorner" manouver!!

KrazyRC,

My post above was in reference to someone else asking if it was hard build. I guess my post wasnt clear.
What I meant was that it didnt look like a hard build at all. Looks like a puzzle.
I am not a big ARF fan as I build most of the stuff I fly...Kits dont scare me..

About the vcd : you are right 3DMIKE, the quality of the video and the sound are not very good but it has some awesome f3a shows and the free style christophe and silvestri puts up are not to miss
in my opinion, 10 $ is a good Worth of money for this vcd

Default Funtana - S 3d

Hi all,
I've just come back from building it. Right now, I have the elevators made up, (TALK ABOUT HUGE!!!!), and the horizontal stabiliser. I am waiting for the glue to dry now, but the assembly went together incredibly fast, about 2-3hrs between last night and to-day. It looks strong, and went o.k., except that there were some pieces that didn't fit like they should. Tomorrow, I'll start on the wing.
Regards,
Robert.

Default Funtana Video

Hello

I'm the friend that 3D Mike talked about with the VCD. The sequence with the Funtana is 63MB, which is a little large to email to you guys, so unless someone has a bright idea about compressing it I won't bother trying to send it.

The kit itself looks very good quality. The cutting isn't exactly excellent, but does the job. All the wood is ver god, very light, and the kit looks to have been designed very well. The accesories ase KAVAN, as they are German. For the tail, is used wood glue, but I am also going to use ZAP-A-GAP, and other ZAP glues.
Its the first kit that I really enjoy putting together so far!!!
I'll start the wing tomorrow.
Robert.

I think that it is a wild version of the Seduction Freestyle, only 140 size.
