Default Weird Magnum .91 tuning issue

My Magnum .91 has been running fine, but today I started having an issue with the motor not running well betwee 30% and 70% throttle. It runs fine at an idle and at full throttle, and transitions welll when moved from idle to full. However, if you slowly move the throttle up, when you get to about 30%, the motor drops down in RPM slightly and then doesn't really pick up much rpm until about 70% throttle is reached. I'd toyed with the high-speed and the low-speed adjustments, but I can't seem to fix that middle-ground. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks. Good thinking. I checked the high-speed needle and it was gunked up a bit. I'm not following you on "botch"?
