Guys here is the first video of the Katana MD!! plane weights 34 oz RTF including battery, wingspan is 46" and 500 sq in of wing area!!! this is definately the best 3D plane in its size, with the lowest wing loading!

Dude, dan, that vid, out of this world! It's just amazing, that KMD looks awsome in the air. Doesn't seem like this thing has limits in the air, nor do you, seems like you can do anything you want to do with ease!

Im really looking forward to it, this plane is really standing right out of all the other planes out there by far, and that vid really proves that easily!

Thanks guys, especially what is really important to note about this plane, is the level of quality, and introducing FiberFusion for the first time, this plane features a special mix of ply,balsa and carbon fiber to create a strong and light airframe, the plane is reinforced with carbon fiber everywhere, the aileron hinging is done in a really special way, and it features no hinge gap, plane comes with carbon fiber linkages, horns, landing gear, wing tube, and even firewall front is made of carbon fiber!! also the level of pre-construction is amazing, you can have this plane ready to fly in just a few hours.

simply amazing man. This new class of airplanes seeem to rule and i think this one is right at the front. Looks amazing. Its light and there working away from the norm. That aileron hinging looks promising. Can you explain this fiber fusion a little more?

The aileron hinging is done in a way never seen before in radio control airplanes, its a system which makes the aileron have no hinge gap, and it provides full throw!! its really nice! i'll see if i show more of it on the next videos

Awesome flying Dan, awesome looking plane too!

Having had the chance to get a close look at a KMD I can assure everyone that this plane is going to impress everyone. The construction is like nothing else you can buy, so much carbon fiber everywhere! It is SO light, SO strong. PA have gone all out with this one, its going to be huge!

Late March has come and gone.........Where are they? I see Chief Aircraft out of Oregon is now advertising them, guees Atlanta Hobby has some competition. Anyone have a clue as to when they will start delivery, er. putting them in the mail????

Did anybody test the Extra 300-E from Extreme Flight and the Katana MD? Which one do you prefer? Why?
