Default New Yak 3D Profile using the Laminar airfoil

“Wild Fred” Lamyak 40!!

This kit IS NOT just for the expert pilot. It can be setup to fly from Mild to Wild!!! With zero wing rock, no tips stalling (at any speed,) clean knife edge and super smooth transitions from regular to high alfa flight, this plane is awesome for the first time 3D pilot.

The first time 3D pilot only has to worry about the flying and the expert pilot will love the fact he doesn’t have to fight the bad flight characteristics inherent in so many other designs. This plane will do some awesome tricks, but see for yourself on the website's video page!!!

For the first time kit builder, the Lamyak comes with a step by step “Building the Lamyak 40 for dummies” manual and a construction video on DVD. While the video shows you how to build the Lamyak 40, it also includes many helpful hints & tips for everyone.

You’ve probably heard that the first run of kits were sold to the ProBro’s for 20% less then the web site list price of $125. That was for the first run which sold out in one weekend. Now the kit’s have been reduced for everyone!!!

This plane has all the latest “Wild Fred” updates!! So visit the web site, it has a lot of Great flying videos to check out, manuals to down load, hope up motor mounts and more!! www.3DPlanekits.com

And don’t forget to sign my guestbook!!!

Default RE: New Yak 3D Profile using the Laminar airfoil

Hello Brian,

Just got back into town from the Nashville fly-in...what a blast!!

I know the lamyak would, it wouldn't have bro power or super punch out though!! but high alfa should be killer. if you watch the flying videos on the lamyak, all the video shot was with a standard OS 46ax. only when JB has the red shirt on is he flying with a 55ax.

There are also threads on the probro site to make a lamyak come out at 3lbs using lighter gear. flies super with an LA 40 then!!

hope this helps!!

Max
