Which on to start with

What plane do you guys suggest I start with for 3D. I have narrowed it down to a plane from Swany's house. Either a Mojo or a Burrito. I am leaning towards the Burrito but thought I would get your input on it. Thanks-Twostroke.

Swany's planes are all great. I've been flying a Mojo 65 with a dle 20 since spring, and it quickly became my "go to" plane. Never flown a burrito, but I imagine it has simalar characteristics to the small mojo. If you want info from a lot of people that fly/have flown them, you should check out the pro bro site.

As yakman has already said. All of Swanys planes are great. I have had at least one Mojo continuously in my fleet since first discovering them quite a few years ago and have had pretty much every size he has (all except for the 0.25 one).

The Burrito and the MoJo are very similar to fly but the Burrito is a little more forgiving because it changes direction a very tiny bit slower than the MoJo 40. Both are Excellent planes, Both are as strong as you can get in a model plane that actually flies well, both build extremely easily and both are just Cool to have.

If you are nervous about 3D - go for the Burrito. If you can already do some basic 3d, either is good but I would lean more towards the MoJo in that case.

Consider going up a size if you don't already have the engine etc as I have found the MoJo 60 or the Primo 60 to be an even better choice than the 40 size.

Yep the mojo 60 is the bomb for learning. But if you need something smaller go for the mojo 40. The best thing about both is that you build them yourself, so that when you crash it ( and you will if you're pushing hard enough) you'll know exactly how to fix it.

The burrito is a dated design with a non tapered wing so it's not quite as agile as MoJo. I'd go MoJo and don't look back.

Get something which is easily repairable, this isn't always foamies. Something with a short moment arm which some of the so called 3D models don't have!
don't look at the beginning of this clip, but after a few minutes are some home designs, sometimes i use the wing or fuselage of a ARTF and make a new design. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTtxStJJyFI
