What are the advantages to Outrunner motors
What are the advantages to Outrunner motors Vs the other Direct drive motors. Also are the back of the props trimmed to fit the mounting hubs when using O'rings.

Great question, I use them because they are easiest to mount, turn big props, and are clean looking when installed. I went from brushed motors to brushless outrunners. I bolt on my props so good question on the Orings.
