RE: NEW GUY NEEDS ADVICE
Great info and thanks for the photos. To answer a couple of questions, I had intended just to run the truck around the several vacant lots across the street. I'm sure it will take awhile to learn how to steer etc., until I get used to the different type of transmitter. I use a 7 channel Hitec Eclipse now. I had intended to add some money to the $300 store credit to buy whatever. At this point I'll probably look at something RTR to get started. Thanks for the tips and advice and keep em coming.
Do I have to buy new support equipment or will most of my airplane stuff work?
