I have the OS 46fx with Jettstream muffler turning apc 9x8 on a Kangke F20 and I would not call it just decent power. It is a screamer doing low passes at about 120mph. The OS46 can barely fit in the nose and I had to put all the radio stuff in the tail to balance. I don't see how you can fit a 60 motor in a 40 size F20. Only thing I would hope for is retracts for this bird.
If you want more yet, the Jett 60LX is a .40 sized motor and has the same bolt pattern as your .46. MJD
