I would put full size servos on the plane, even though the area is the same your trying to affect 3 times the weight, you can probably put mini's on the rudder, but don't skimp on the others, the plane is only as good as the worst servo. 50oz-in minimum on the others would be my preference. The bigger the plane the more chance of flutter.
