Hitec customer service is first rate!!
FMA customer service is very poor to nill.
Go with Hitec.
Hitec's support is certainly legendary (I speak from experience) and I have also had excellent service from FMA although it is sometimes a little patchy.
Both companies however, make first-rate products.
