Default RE: How do you run 2 servos for elevator JR 6102?

There are 3 ways I can think of right off.
1. Use a Y connector. You may need a reversing Y to get both servos driving correctly.

2. Use a JR Matchbox or a Smart-Fly Equalizer. These allow you to set the reversing, centering and end points for multiple servos on the same channel. They work very well, but aren't cheap.

3. Use mixing.
a. You need to go in to SWITCH SEL and inhibit the gear switch.
b. After this use mix 4, which is a "Trim Include" mix. This means that both sides will respond to the elevator trim switch. If you use one of the other mixes, only the side on the elevator channel will move when you trim.
c. Set the mix to be on all the time. You won't want to switch off half your elevator.
d. Reverse the servos as needed.
e. Put the servo arms on as square to the servo as you can, then use Subtrim to set the centers exact.
e. Set the movement for the slave channel to 100% for a start. Hold full up and set both sides for the same amount of movement. Do the same for down.
