RE: Anhedral Stab effect??
Actually, the effect is pretty minimal. If doing it for appearance, no problem.
The anhedral adds a bit of vertical-fin stability, but it does change the stab pitching moment a bit, and it creates more tail side-area.
For sport flying, you will not notice a huge difference. For some aerobatics, knife edge, stall turns - yeah, it is noticable, especially in a cross-wind.
