Mark it sounds like your prop maybe flattening out at high rpm at 26000rpm on a 9x6 prop you should be able to make even a 12lb plane haul ass. Mathmatically speaking a 6 in pitch prop should be pushing air out at about 147 mph. What type of prop are you using?
