The DF conversion plans are available from Flying Models Magazine. It is plan number CF939. Also I believe you can also order a copy of the construction article that appeared in their 08/1994 issue.

Go to "Plans Directory" and search for "Enforcer". Click on the plan number to order.
Also do a RC Universe search in their Jets Forum for "Enforcer" and you will find lots of info about the DF conversion and some turbine conversions as well. Let me know if you have any questions.
