You have several options:
1- induce her to RC modelling (worked with my wife...) and everythig will be forgiven
2- point the dog (or the cat, or the parrot)
3- Ignore the spot... spot? Idon´t see any spot there...
4- "Look; is the same color than your eye's make up!!!"
5- get another wife (if needed)
