Ben, I think that you might just have yourself, somebody's own design scratch built model, which would be just fine as nobody else is going to have one!
That Cowl looks familiar though.....like something from Sig. The shape, and the off-white color is reminding me of the cowl from an old original Sig Kadet kit that I built way back around 1980.
