New Slope Soaring Scenery: Rotes Kliff (Kampen Sylt)
Rotes Kliff (Red Cliff) is located in northern Germany on the island of Sylt, close to the danish border. The island faces the North Sea and it's the weather condition that shaped the island to what it is today. You will find slopes and cliffs at white beaches. Red Cliff is about 20 meters high (68 ft) and this scenery simulates typical westerly winds. Use Modify simulation paramsto change settings. By default, 3.5 bft is reasonable for regular gliders.
