I normally would be more forgiving towards a company but seriously, look what they're selling. It's a model airplane that could very easily damage property or hurt someone. They need to step up and be more responsible about the products they're shipping. They need to bench test the airplanes before they ship them, simple as that.
I don't have the time to be playing 'Quality control' for a half-ass company.
No offence but I think you're over reacting. ANY model airplane *could* damage property or hurt someone by either a glitch or pilot error. I'm sure there are MANY people flying this plane with no problems.
You could always send it back for a refund and buy from someone else.
