The 401 is the way to go, setup is easier, they hold better, the 240 does not support digital servos, the 401 has remote gain in both heading hold and rate mode.

The combo with a servo can be had from Ricks for 182 dollars, you really cant get anything better without spending another 100 plus dollars on a 611

to save money can I use the normal servos I am using on the Heli for the gyro as well. or do I HAVE to get the digi one.
