You can also use the inner tubes for carpet and linolium. They do get up into the wheel sizes that you are looking for. You can also get a can with the dimensions that you want and wrap and glue wet blasa around the can. You can then glue the balsa wheel well in the wing and trim to fit. Good Luck, Dave
