Default park flyers cessna 182 - Nose gear steerable?

Hi

I recently bought the park flyers cessna 182 4ch. For rolling take offs is it better with the fixed nose gear or has anyone tried a nose gear which rotates freely? Which one is better for ground control? I noticed it turns on ground only at higher speeds. Has anyone attached a servo or
somehow used the tail servo connection to steer the nose gear?

Pls advise.
Thanks
