Crazy,

Here's a couple picts with the cowl off and of the wing attachment.

The tank sits on a ply mount for side exhaust engines, however for rear exhaust, it can be removed to lower the tank. The servo can also be mounted lower if needed.

The wings are mounted using two full length spars that glue into tight slots in the wings and then to the pre-installed formers. The spars are single piece and run through the fuselage.

The surface is ready to paint. No primer/filler/etc... is necessary. You should wash it to remove any remnant wax from the molding process, and then skuff it with some fine grit paper, but then you're ready to go. The gray surface coat works as a nice base to start with.
