i was gonna attempt it with a maxx but decided i should probably do it with a 1/8 if somone were to do it they would deffinetly have to make the chassis longer or u would flip it over on its top everytime u got trigger happy. i would not do one engine a wheel thing it might be kinda weird but i dont know of any other way u could do it u would have to have every engine tuned just right if the right rear engine was running a little lean u would be turning left alot i have seen pictures of pulling trucks that have 4 engines but it looked as if there was so much money in it u could go trade it in on a nice new truck

I don't think $600 will pay for a MGT and 4 small blocks.....your looking at about $500 alone for the GT and about $100 for 1 weak small block. Now your up to $900 already not including the costs to modify your whole chassis and other parts.....And do you have a really good experience with nitro R/C? because you would have to be pretty smart with math and all for calculating the measures of where the new wholes will be for the new engines, etc.

You were joking right?

Well I know you have experience with electic so why don't you make a 4 motor electric monster truck? You could use a E-Maxx wich is $320, then lets say 4 Epic 19T Outlaw Spec Motor (I have no clue about e/motors but i think this is ok) which is $40 so now your at $480. That leaves you with lets say $100 for modifying.....maby a bit more but just wanted to give you an idea

Here is my opinion about 4 engines in 1 truck. DONT!! Especially from a newbie. It will be pointless. You would probably end up wrecking the engines anyways. They will just revv out right away. It will be so hard to tune. You will have a hard enough time tuning one engine on your first truck. If you made the truck from scratch with 4 engines, then I give you respect. I say it wont work because most trucks on the market have problems handling the stock engines (diff gears, tranny, driveshafts..) let alone 4 engines. I wouldn't recommend a 4 stroke either because you will just end up floating the valves. RC Car engines take a lot of abuse. Mainly high RPM running. A 4stroke wont take the abuse that high RPM applications dish out. Stick with your electric Rustler for now. Worry about getting the hang of nitro tuning and then do some custom work.

I read in another post you will $300 to spend (no more or less)

I saw a 4 engine truck but, it custom made and it was NOT a MT it was strictly a PULLER. That is the only since building a 4 engine truck.
