To do that your best bet is a Hot and high end engine and an inexpensive airframe like a diamond dust or something of the like. But 200 is gonna be a hard one to tap on a low low budget. If you like to design your own stuff it's a little different story, Thats what I like to do. The most important thing is a super clean airframe with high attention to detail, thats what cranks out the MPHs, I don't care how good your engine is.
