Bayareajeff, I have to compliment you on your P-51 AND on the excellent pictures you posted! Your plane looks awesome, both on the ground and in the air. Thanks for sharing them with us.
A couple of observations and a few questions:
I noticed you located your tail wheel in the scale location. Nice touch! It looks so much better than attached to the rudder.
Did you install flaps? The 3rd picture in Post #2 looks like a flap in the down position. If it is an aileron, doesn't it interfere with the wing fillet in the up position?
If I understood Scooty correctly, you glassed yours? How much does it weigh?

The reason for the questions, is your pictures have motivated me to get back to work on my GP P-51. It's all framed up and ready for glass. I built it with flaps, pneumatic RoboStruts, and will use a YS 63. It'll probably weigh a ton and fly like a brick, but it'll look good...
