I've ran a os50sx with jett tuned muffler turning 17k plus on ground in a chaos, a phoenix F20, and now a quickie sonic 500.....this is the same engine in all 3 planes still going strong.............How long it will last I don't know (who knows for sure how long any engine will last pushing it to its limits)....but I do know it puts the haul azz on for the money spent......I say go for it......just tune it about 400-600rpms less then peak rpm and you should be good.............mlitt12345
