Brad, I got the nosegear for the p-38 today. I've tried using that foam before. It's also called cross link foam. & your right it is indestructible. The only thing is the wieght. There's gotta be a way to use this stuff in planes without it weighing a ton. And I don't just mean for battery padding, but more along the lines of actual plane parts. Send some big chunks to Kent if you have them. He's our resident foam sctratch build guy.
