need alittle help
OK my xp hasnt run right since I rebuild it awhiel ago.The probelm I have is when i tunr it on it runs wide open.It runs like I am pulling the trigger.It also will not shut off.Now i was told that it may have something to do with the throttle.I went and worked with it and I think i have it right now.My question is how can i make it stop running if it wont turn off without hurting anything?
