They blamed the equipment for all their radio woes.
As Treasresure Sec for our club I have a fair bit of rules/safety input, as far as frequency control goes.
My unhappiness with 72 has nothing to do with glitches or install.
I have had someone( witnessed by others) turn on their radio by mistake 2 times in the last 6 months on my frequency while flying a 35%, both times I flew thru.
Now our LHS is churning out a few more trainers on my channel...I had a good run for 5 yrs as I was pretty much the only one on it.
No more looking over my shoulder for now!
Oh and the guy that kept on turning his tranny on ...I talked him into a DX as well.
