Hey lv2rcav8, I had the same questions on my Super 8 and was directed to the Futaba web site , its futabarc.com I think(if not , go to the Futaba manufactures help forum here on RCU and look for them.)Then go to their FAQ section and scroll thru their FAQ's and look for the question and answer that disables the channel or channels your looking for.Then print it out for future use.
