The shafts look fine and spin fine.. As for the diesels. they do make water cooled diesels. You can find them from time to time on ebay. for around 100 bucks.. the hard par is finding a matching pair.. Not to sure about the thrusters (kinda lost). and for the outriggers and the anchor.. I was thinking of doing just what you said.. I am even going to make working trim tabs.. Im not sure if i wanna call dumas and buy the kit minus the hull for $200.. Or if I wanna build it from scratch.
I even got all the foam crap out of the bow
