: Moved by D. Mathewson (II), seconded by T. Stillman (V) to accept the recommendation of the Insurance Committee to approach our insurance company to modify language in the Westchester General Liability Policy to provide primary general liability protection to officers of AMA Chartered Clubs in good standing for vicarious liability for the actions of others.

Heres my question?
So who is protecting the AMA members in AMA clubs from runaway rogue Boards???

Boards that have been corrupted to the point where the organization is no longer operating legally.

Boards that are using the clubs money for there own personal gain and legal defense as a small group?

The boards that abuse thier power to attack and terminate any opposing voices.

WHO IS PROTECTING US THE MEMBERS FROM THEM??????
