slightly off topic..........hobby shop fuel prices are a complete scam. i recently started mixing my own fuel. the majority of the fuel we run is methanol(3-5 dollars per gallon). 20% odonnells at my LHS is 28 per gallon. i get pure nitromethane from a drag fuel dealer for 25 dollars a gallon. the mix ive been running is 15% nitromethane........15% synthetic oil with small amount of castor.....70% methanol......cost me roughly 11 dollars a gallon.... not really worth it for the casual weekend warrior....but when u average a gallon a week it's definitely worth it.
