I switched to CNC aluminum parts and have not had a recurrence either on the Lama or the BCX2. Or maybe I just gotten better at controlling them. Since you read my original post, it was in straight forward flight when it took off on its own and precipitated the crash. A 12 Ga. shotgun couldn't have brought it down any faster. I am impressed with your explanation and expertise.
