You could contact www.vaillyaviation.com or www.ikonnwst.com. Ikon has a 1/5 scale BirdDog kit, and Vailly has plans in 1/5 scale, maybe they have some preformed windows, but I doubt it. The BirdDog's glass is all simple curves, so you should be able to take some flexible flat stuff and make your own.
