Ok...I really dn't wish to be snarky here...rather, I'm just curious about general mindsets and such.
Why is "learning how to proxy surf" the "smart thing to do"? Why isn't "abide by your company's policies, and stay off websites they don't want you on" the "smart thing to do"?
