I'm the local who would be interested, and I think that based on what I recall back in the day that the Sepulveda basin (Apollo XI) Field can still hold that type of contest without infringing on the 400' hight limit.

I have been doing a little more reseach on the BPA and the type of planes that are legal, and I think that I would like to get one going again.
I've currently been busy on a Exceleron 90, but that is built for today's turn around.

Since you brought this up, Does the BPA website have the old manuever listings or what schedule is being used for current BPA meets?
