Hey i see you decided to Build a dragster instead of a truck. thats a good start thats what my first build was there fairly easy to build to. a chainsaw engine is a good choice you can buy a complete chainsaw for $100 or so depending on what cc you need. I would think for a 1/5 scale rail a 40 to 50 cc would be a good enough. you can always upgrade to a bigger one in the future.. another idea would be a pocket bike engine & trany. you might even find a used one in the news paper or online somewhere. just a thought. I dont think you would need a 65 cc one like mudgy has that dragster is a beast.
