I also set rates to 10 and 20, you will soon see you wont use 10 its know where near enough movement .20 is fine and its still not vicious.
I `thought about mixing in elevator with the flaps but after the first flight it became apparent you dont need too.
only the smallest amount off trim change.
i put a small amount off back pressure on the stick this is fine doesnt cause any probs.
This really is one of the easiest planes ive ever flown of any type.
