Thats a lot, 30 degrees is almost too much, the only time you will need high rates is at launch, once the "whiplash" starts flying, it will take very little deflection.
The Jett 50 will shock you in its performance, if you arent accustom to very fast planes, take it easy on the first few flights until you have her trimmed in and you're acclimated to the reaction time of the plane..
Trust me, you're in for a treat, but be advised that it can be very sensitive with lots of throw.
Use a lot of UP for the first flight but not too much aileron throw.
It should literally come out of the hands of the person launching it, let it fly out at about a 30 degree angle of attack, dont nose her up too much because until it starts flying, you can stall it, keep it level, gain speed, fly out and then trim in.
