I contacted Bill Hempel about the R/C H4, and he said that he did fly it but he didn't build it. He didn't have any plans available for the Spruce Goose, and had no idea where to get them. I also contacted the people at
http://www. spruce goose.org/, and got nowhere. I'm scratching my head about where to get a set of plans to build a scale R/C model of the H4. If anyone can enlighten me on where I can find a set, please let me know.
