Default And Now For Sompthin Completely Different!

We call Her "Slip-Stream"...... , she is 40" x 40", given her 60 degree sweep she has about 800" sq. wing area, Jett FIRE 90 and SERIOUS attitude and forethought designed in before we ever made plugs - to make molds - to make the first airplane. (We tested the shape 9 yrs ago) This is a team effort between a Master Moulder and a guy who showed up on his doorstep years ago with a concept and some ferocity (me)................ She flew briefly today for the first time in her WILDLY visible airbrushed colors which I will show later. She hand launched BEAUTIFULLY , and is blisteringly fast even on the tame cheater prop for maiden flight. IMMACULATE handling as you might expect if you've ever flown a dead neutral airplane at truly ballistic speeds.
I will give SOME of the blow by blow description in a continuing series of posts about what it takes to make an airplane for this level of performance without having the aspect ratio that (almost) everyone in the know says you must have.

Best Holiday Wishes to all,
C.R.
